Our oldest daughter Kaylee is a Certified First Aid instructor through the Lifesaving Society (LSS), she is available to teach First Aid courses throughout the Ottawa Valley Area at your location.

Designed to give participants a general overview of first aid by teaching you how to think and react in an emergency until medical help arrives. This course is suitable for those who are working as first responders in their workplace. Standard First Aid Course includes: CPR C certification Introduces participants to the more in depth functions of CPR by covering major and minor topics, such as: Broken bones, Diabetes, Spinal injury, Choking, and head injuries. This course is suitable for first responder in the workplace, and also is a requirement for the NLS (lifeguarding) course.
